Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return or exchange.

    Receive Authorization

    Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label if the item was damaged or incorrect.

    Package Securely

    Place the unopened items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our distribution center.

  • 4.
    Refund Processing

    After we inspect the returned products, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
